We monitor all the handbags from all the resellers we know worldwide and from 118 online stores or marketplaces. We gather all this information into a search engine so that any of our members can search, compare, and find the handbag they need in just two clicks.
What makes us unique is that we don't charge any commission on the handbags. This means that the seller publishes the price the buyer sees. When they want to do business, we introduce them to each other so they can negotiate the cost of the handbag, shipping, payment method, shipping insurance, and any other details through a chat, usually WhatsApp.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
BY LOGGING INTO THE ACCOUNT PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY AND ACCESSING THE SERVICES, THE MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BETWEEN: LUXE ICONE LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus (HE 457060), office at 25 Martiou, 28, Office 102, 1087, Nicosia (the "Company"). AND: The individual or entity registering as a Member (the "Member").
1.1. The Program: The Company owns and operates the professional ecosystem under the commercial name "RESELLERS CONNECTOR", available via the website, Resellers Connector | Marketplace for Profesisional, its smartphone application, and its managed professional communities on WhatsApp.
1.2. B2B Restriction: RESELLERS CONNECTOR is an exclusive Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. Access is strictly reserved for professional resellers.
1.3. Trademark Disclaimer: The Company is an independent marketplace and is NOT affiliated with the brands sold (e.g., Hermès, Chanel). Use of brand names is for identification only.
1.4. Transaction Protection Protocol: The Company’s internal mediation and payment facilitation service (similar to escrow).
2.1. Includes access to the Global Search Tool (10,000+ stock) and participation in WhatsApp groups. Members have the right to list and sell goods, connect directly with potential clients, and negotiate with them to close operations.
2.2. Premium Membership (Paid): Includes all Basic features plus: Buying Rights; access to Verified Sellers; Transaction Protection Protocol; Specialized Sales Contracts; and 6 Authenticity Certificates per year for Hermes Handbags (3 physical/3 digital - Coming Soon).
2.3. Custom/Bespoke Membership: Tailored tier for enterprise partners with individually agreed services.
3.1. Zero Commission: The Company does not charge sellers any commission on sales.
3.2. Workflow: Sellers send stock via WhatsApp; the Company posts it after verification. Upon interest from a Buyer, the Company introduces both parties in a dedicated WhatsApp group.
3.3. Group Protocol: In every group, Members must disclose: (1) Photos, (2) Location, (3) Price, (4) Shipping responsibility, (5) Customs, (6) Condition, (7) Invoices/Accessories, (8) Payment method, (9) Timelines.
4.1. Transfer of Image Rights: By sending Content, the Member expressly transfers to the Company all intellectual property and usage rights. The Company may use, edit, or promote them without limitation.
4.2. Member Responsibility: The Member guarantees they have the legal right to sell the item.
5.1. Neutrality: The Company facilitates the hiring of an independent third-party expert for authenticity checks.
5.2. Payment Supervision: The Company may supervise funds once the third-party check is complete.
5.3. External Costs: All costs (shipping, insurance, fees) are borne solely by the Members.
6.1. 2026 Rates: Premium fees are set at the rate displayed during checkout for 2026.
6.2. Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify fees with a 30-day notice.
7.1. Verification: Members must provide ID, Tax ID, and professional references.
7.2. Mobile Identity & Electronic Signature: The holder of the mobile number used in the HUB is the primary identifier. Its use constitutes an electronic signature and absolute acceptance of responsibility. In the absence of full data, the phone holder is personally liable.
8.1. Verification Disclaimer: "Verified" status indicates vetting at the time of joining.
8.2. Anti-Poaching: Contacting members privately to bypass the HUB results in immediate expulsion.
8.3. Sole Responsibility: Members are responsible for their own supply chain.
