Can I be sure that all items are authentic?

We verify each seller and ask for references from the community to be sure they are legitimate and credible sellers. This way we avoid scammers. Therefore, in theory all products are authentic from proven sellers; NEVERTHELESS, each buyer must take precautions to protect themselves from possible incidents.

In case of doubt you can always request extra verification or intermediacy services in a purchase. Especially if you don't know a seller and it is a first operation.

You can also ask us for a base contract for each transaction where we will verify the identity of the buyer and seller, proof of personal or business address, even proof of ownership of some tangible asset.

Is my information secure?

We value our customers' privacy, so personal information is kept secure. All payment details are kept confidential. Credit card transactions are processed through secure servers, and our payment processor does not give us access to your credit card information. We do not store credit card information.

Can you get access to my clients?

The answer is NO. This is a marketplace for professionals.

How do you review new applicants?

For Resellers Connector, the security of the environment in which professional resellers operate is important, which is why we place enough emphasis on the selection criteria that the platform has; this is why each new applicant goes through a filter to guarantee their authenticity and track record over time. We request accounts on Instagram, Facebook (to verify their seniority, posts and other data), as well as references from other resellers with whom they have carried out transactions.

Do you have any purchase and sale contract for the operations?

In fact, resellers can opt for our purchase-sale contract which is designed with all the necessary requirements so that each transaction is carried out correctly and with the greatest possible security between both parties.

Working hand in hand with Resellers Connector, members with little experience in the area or who are just starting out as resellers will obtain guided access and support to develop their professional potential through tools and resources that will allow them to achieve an excellent quality of service. 

We can help you select the ideal bag and avoid making mistakes when purchasing, choosing collaborators, or even with our extra services, through which we can take care of the entire process from the beginning as if we were a partner, until resellers achieve enough expertise and decide if they want to go it alone or continue using some of the resources we can provide them.

Do you ship worldwide?

Shipments are made by the seller, since it is with him that the final price, shipping and insurance are negotiated.

Will I be charged sales tax or customs duties?

We do not sell the bags, so we do not export products, and therefore, there are no customs.

Buying and selling operations are carried out directly between the seller and the buyer, who negotiate the terms and conditions between them.

When is my membership activated?

After purchasing one of our paid memberships and having followed the steps correctly, you must wait no more than 48 hours on business days for your account to be active.
