General terms and conditions
The General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and LUXE ICONE LIMITED with respect to the Resellers Connector website, our services and your dealings and relationships with us, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us.
The services offered by the Resellers Connector website can only be used by a reseller and/or buyer who has first read these General Terms and Conditions and accepted them unconditionally. It is not possible to proceed with the subscription process without this acceptance.
1. Agreement with LUXE ICONE LIMITED
The Resellers Connector website is offered by LUXE ICONE LIMITED, T.I.N. 60051335K, European VAT and EORI CY 60051335K, registered office at 25th Martiou, #28, 102, 1087, Nicosia, Cyprus. Luxe Icone Ltd was registered with the number HE457060 on 25 March 2024.
Use of this website implies acceptance, without modification, of all clauses. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorised to use this website. LUXE ICONE LIMITED may change these terms at any time; continued access constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Reseller and/or buyer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. Use of this website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of this Agreement.
2. Definitions and scope
Buyer: a representative for the resale of luxury products interested in connecting with other resellers for the purchase of products.
Customer: a reseller and/or buyer who uses the Website.
Reseller: a representative in charge of the resale of luxury products interested in connecting with other resellers or buyers to offer products for sale.
Resellers Connector / Website: https://resellersconnector.com, offered by LUXE ICONE LIMITED.
Resellers Connector operates as an interface between resellers and buyers. It may be exempt from legal obligation regarding transactions between them, since it only provides a method to connect them. Every buyer shall demand proof of authenticity before purchase. A scammer list is offered in subscriptions; it is the buyer’s responsibility to read it.
3. Use of the website
You warrant that you are at least eighteen years old; you have legal capacity; you will use this website in accordance with this Agreement; you will only use it for legitimate dealings; all information you supply is true and complete; and you will safeguard your account. LUXE ICONE LIMITED may deny access at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.
4. Subscriptions and extra services
Free membership: list and sell without sales commissions; access to listings, the Global Search Tool, and managed WhatsApp communities.
Full membership: €1,200 per year, or €100 per month as a mandatory one-year subscription (12 payments, subject to a credit check). Includes buying rights without commissions, verified sellers, Transaction Protection Protocol, specialised sales contracts, and authenticity certificates as described on the Program.
Custom / Bespoke: tailored for enterprise partners.
Resellers Connector may cancel subscriptions or interrupt service for non-payment of monthly subscribers, who must then switch to the annual subscription.
Extra services (bag hunter, logistics, photography, data, blocking and alerting, and similar) are subject to specific terms and prices. Storage: the reseller accepts that Resellers Connector shall not be responsible for theft or damage in warehouse facilities; the reseller shall obtain insurance. The Company acts as a connection point; the service ends when both parties are fully connected and start to negotiate, unless an extra service is requested.
5–8. Privacy, liability, copyright, payment
The Privacy Policy below applies to information provided on the Website. Resellers Connector shall not be held liable for fraudulent offers, damaged goods, unpaid sales, miscommunication, or price haggling between buyer and reseller, unless extra services have been requested.
All content on the website is the property of LUXE ICONE LIMITED. Notify trademark infringement at [email protected]. Checkout is powered by Stripe. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Luxe Icone will not keep bank card data. Currency converters are guidelines only. Banks may apply international or conversion fees.
9. Changes
LUXE ICONE LIMITED may change these terms and the Privacy Statement at any time. Continued access constitutes acceptance.
11. Dispute resolution and mediation
11.1. Mandatory mediation: any dispute must undergo a 10-day good-faith mediation period.
11.2. Binding nature: Company decisions in mediation are binding for the continued use of the HUB.
12.2. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. The losing party bears all legal and travel expenses.
Privacy policy
Resellers Connector processes your information as controller in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in Nicosia, Cyprus. Continuous use of the website and app constitutes acceptance of these conditions. The website is intended for people older than 18. Contact [email protected] for access, amendment or deletion.
We receive and store information you insert or provide, including name, phone, address, email and bank account information used for subscription or extra services. We may add information from affiliated entities or partners. Support calls may be recorded for quality and training.
We use bank details for subscriptions or extra services, and other information to offer services, manage your account, communicate, improve the website, send offers (you may opt out), resolve disputes, prevent illegal activity, and enforce the Terms.
We share information where the law requires it, or as anonymous data with third parties. You may request access, deletion or change of information by email. Service announcements related to your account may still be sent.
We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures. Encryption is used when transmitting confidential personal information. Linked third-party websites do not operate under this policy.
